ZMA question. From people with experience...

What exactly does ZMA do? Are there any side effects to taking it? Im 5'8 175 and about 9%fat. Would it be good for me to take. For the poeple who have tried it, what results did you get? Post as much info for me as possible. Im seriously considering tryint it. THANX

Zn monomethinonine + Mg aspartate would be as effective and much cheaper

Meh - I still don't know what ZMA was supposed to do for me - all I can say is that I took it for a few months and didn't notice JACK SQUAT....apparently, if you aren't already deficient in zinc it's not very helpful.....

yeah - ZMA is a waste of time and money

I know a couple of people who tried ZMASS and it did nothing for them...Yet another promised miracle supp without results! Ah well!
