zip vs hush

which of ziplip and hush is most secure to use..? don't care about the encryption at all, just ip-logg password-policy etc.. I suppose hushmail is a bit safer but is there a big difference??

One issue

Worth considering is where the two comapnies are based, zip in the US and Hush offshore, obviously one company will be easier for them to lean on.
