Zinc...(help) Havoc anyone

im going to start supping zinc...

how much should i take and when,,,
 
i took about 3 pills a day for joints,it all depends on what the dose of your pills are,but i do find glucoamine sulfate to work much better for joints
 
oak it also take MSM...

im useing it because it heard it helps keep more test in your body and less estrogen
 
i havent heard that,maybe havoc or the other guys will know about that,i took it cuz i use to have really bad elbows
 
never heard of zinc for joints - but yes, as for test levels it helps.
also if you have low zinc levels your taste is lessened and you are tired more - although too much zinc makes you tired too.

it is possible to get too much zinc - but it doesn't absorb well via the stomach - so you will frequently see slow release lozenges for absorption under the tongue - and they taste like major ass.

Zinc is "known" to boost some test levels depending on the individual. Zinc is one of the essential elements found in marijuana as well. Since you just started supplementing with it I would take the recommended dosage, also, take it in the morning. Now too much zinc is not something you want. Zinc is not something you're going to just start taking and "wham" your getting stronger or your seeing a step in the positive direction in an instaneous like fashion. Actually it may help without you noticing anything. Just give it a go to see what it can do for you or start ingesting marijuana on a daily basis, I recommend "Cannabutter" with Tea in the morning, its a marvelous way to start the day. peace

I use to smoke everyday for 7 years...blunts, bongs, bowls, cans whatever...and to tell you the truth, i loved it but it did nothing for my lifting, i did however like to lift high...

i suppose if you did one or 2 clean hit of a glass bong with some really good hydro, kind, white widow, blueberry...you would be fine, but for me smokeing did not help with the gains

in a study a few years ago 75% of men with lower test levels were zinc deficient... its definitely an overlooked mineral that is a must in your supplements... take it with magnesium and take both as asparate form. (absorbs at a higher rate)...
