Zencal question

I just got my dbols in today, they are made by zencal. I have never taken anything from zencal but i have taken dbol before. The dbol i have taken in the past were small pill form which i would let disolve in my mouth (correct?).
The Zencal pills are in capsule form. So my question is do you just swallow them as they are? I have only taken dbol once before and people told me not to swallow, let them disolve under the tounge. I guess the capsules are diffrent right? Just checking with you guys before i start my cycle.

You don't have to let any pills disolve under your tongue. This is one of those stupid myths from years ago that just won't die. Would you dissolve a vitamin C tab under your tongue? I didn't think so.

Well thanks for the info bro's, yea i heard that a while back so i guess it is one of those old myths that wont die huh. Looks like ill be gulping them down in the future.

what's up! I must have missed the link to zencall's new site. I have their old one, contacted EA and he told me that he was throwing in the towel and giving his biz over to a buddy of his. Is ea back up and running?
