Zambons in the quad FUCKED ME UP for a couple days! Is the key very deep and long massage? how long? like five minutes? how about some serious activity right after the inject to get some blood flow going?

I love winny and winny loves me, but that quad soreness SUCKS!

Zambons just hurt like hell no matter how or where you do the injections. That's been my experience anyway. I did a bi injection one time with them. Arm turned red and swelled up like a balloon and couldn't move it for a couple days. I feel your pain bro.

Zambons are almost completely painless you pussies!!!! J/k... but really, compared to other kinds of winny, Zambon is a breeze. Try some QV winny, then you'll be LOVING Zambons.

For first few winny shots I made every mistake. Since it was water-based and I'm horrified of injections, I refrigerated it. Then, with only a little warming-up, I shot it and thought "wow, this isn't bad. It went in easy". About 18 hours later, it felt like someone shot me in the ass with a .22 caliber rifle.

Now, I don't refrigerate it. I shake the mortal hell out of the vial before administering. Then, I draw-in about 1 cc of air and shake the hell out of the syringe while I warm it with my hand (and get rid of the air just before injecting). Then, post-injection I use one of those Brookstone "Max" oscillating massagers to beat the hell out of the area.

I did that last time and it worked well. My only fear at this point is that I spread the winny too much with that oscillating massager. Does it defeat the purpose of an IM shot if you disperse it to a larger area using a massager?

Yeah.... Zambs are the EASIEST wintrol shots to do from my exper. QV hurts, Stromba 100s SUCKS!!! Anabolic ST clogged.... Zamb pain is a first. It's water based so it will irritate you a bit, but not bad at all compared to your other options.

maybe you didnt use alcohol to clean area or sweated on injection site it must have gotten infection cause I never had any winny to hurt if I had as many pins sticking out of me as I had stuck in me i would look like a porcupine
