Never heard of it, never used it.
It appears to me that you can use this product during the cycle, I wouldn't rec. since it would be rather insignificant. IMO use it during your PCT.

I used this stuff for quite a long time. Great for sleep. I actually like the taste. I would chew 3 of them on the way home from work, (I work nights), get home and have my pre bed meal, and sleep like a baby.
