this sucks, how long does it last? Should i be in the gym?

Had it last week - lasted about 2-3 days. Actually felt better when I was working out at the gym.

How far into your cycles were you when you started experiencing flu-like symptoms? I am using polysteron250(sust) for the very first time and I feel great. It's only been two weeks though. Hopefully i'm immune to the sust flu.

it will last at most a week...at least in my experience.

I'd also like to know what causes this sust-flu. I've used many other AS and my immune system always seems to strengthen. I don't ever catch a cold or anything.

Anyone with any concrete info on this sust flu or what causes it. Like I said earlier i'm feeling great but this is only my second week. What brand of sust are you fellas using?

mines oganon, its not a guarantee youll get the flu on sust but it happens.

It usually lasts about 2-3 days. On my last cycle a got a bad flu(around week 8) it may have been the Sust or Eq but it SUCKED I got plenty of rest and drank gatorade and weight gains for 3 days as I could not hold down any solids and I was ready for the gym in 3 days. Hope you feel better soon

Damn i'm using sust and eq. I hope i'm not going to get the double whammy. So far i'm pleased with the results. And no flu as of yet. Like I said though it's only been 2 weeks. I'm already up 6lbs and my appetite is through the roof. Hopefully i'll only reap the benefits of these two AS.

my sust flu was horrible...
i was in bed for 3 days...shaking...sweating...high fever...headache..
you just gotta deal with it until it passes...3-5 days
