How the hell can I be on a sub caloric low glycemic diet, while doing lots of cardio AND on Ti Tre ( Italian T3 ) and be maintaining weight ? I want to lose fat not maintain weight. My weight actually fluctuates a pound or 2 ( higher )

After I came off my keto diet and I was at 187, I sorta binged for a week, gained 20 pounds ( some muscle I think ), and when I saw that, I went on a keto diet again but never succeeded in getting below 200.

I'm just confused as to how a healthy sub caloric low glycemic diet with cardio and some weight training, can keep me at a stable weight level. I take my temp with a digital thermometer and it's mostly between 95.x and the high 96's but I'm eating carbs and on T3 plus Xenadrine, I'm not 'cold' all the time and I'm not lathargic or any of the other symptoms I hear as a result of hypothyroid. I just don't know what gives, I used to be able to get to the third notch in my belt and still that would be lose, now it's the 2nd notch and I'm always tugging at it noticing that more space has filled in between, but it's not 'fat'. I only binged for a week, I thought that weight was supposed to come off easily again with sub caloric dieting and exercise.


Any suggestions as to what is going on would be greatly appreciated.
