Did u find much effectiveness in it ?I have been dieting hard and have some Clen,running a quick 2 week run ramped to 120mcg now !basically just to assist in whatever little fat I can drop still before switching to lean bulk!can't say it makes me feel great especially towards evening,kills my libido as well!stick with it or a waste of time ?
 
It depends. If its working well for you and you don't mind the sides, go for it. Personally, I think that with the effectiveness of eca, albuterol, and even some otc fat burners that clen isn't worth it anymore.

pretty much this.. switched to EC and I'm never going back.
 
Thanks,not sure how it's working just yet,past few weeks I have been running eca ,I must admit 1 z Clen 40mcg and 1 x eca before gym in the morning is great workout booster,I take my last 40 round 12 because I don't want to be awake at night not being able to sleep.it's the crash round 3pm that's unpleasant ,thankfully haven't suffered much in the way of shaking etc
 
I like it...helps with cutting, its cheap, effective. The shakes are the only side I get but even that subsides for me after 5-6 days on.

i am currently at 120mcg , is there any benefit in going to 160mcg ?

not that I am aware of; I'm usually somewhere around 210 lbs and never felt the need to go higher than 120mcg - if you decide to I would go slowly maybe try the waters at 140mcg before jumping to 160mcg. You have to do some cardio (which sucks because you may lose a little muscle) to get any dramatic changes in weight/body composition. (Jump roping does wonders). Also drop rest time in between sets, wear a hoodie if you really want to start burning.

I wouldnt use clen along with a eca stack... I might cycle it with a eca 2 weeks on and then switch but never together...

Clen is miss used alot imo, its not a casual diet pill and its hard on the heart.

I wouldnt recomend it for a noobie, deff for sombody that has been training and knows nutrition like the back of there hand.

i usually use 4 x eca a day and have dropped to one.i am very mindfull of what my body is telling me all the time , i am new to clen in a way but not aas in general been using for close on 15 years lol i am more than happy to stay at 120mcg no need to push my luck, and keep relying mostly on solid diet and training

i am currently doing 35-45 min cardio first thing in the am, and as well as weights most days ,i only have carbs round my workout pre / post and 1st breakfast meal, otherwise only protein healthy fats and broccolli and spinach

last time i was dieting i was on t3 gh and test etc so have never really felt the need for clen. as aid i only want to diet for a further 2-4 weeks and i am itching to switch to a lean bulk soon
