I know some people change thier workout regime when they get on bc there body recovers faster. I dont think the workout i'm on now would be optimal with my cycle i'm planning. Can i hear some of the more experienced guys in here's bulking cycle workouts???
4 days on, 3 off, each week for me (both on and off gear)
day 1 - chest/biceps/abs
day 2 - back/calves
day 3 - shoulders/triceps/abs
day 4 - quads/hams
mon,tue,off,thu,off,sat,off that's how i run it....
