Any supplement that has a name that references a steroid like Deca-zol is total bullshit. Save your money and time and invest in a supplement that works like Whey Protein, N-large weight gainer, Creatine, multi vitamins, zinc, fiber supplements, etcetera. Do that and combine it with a sea food diet (everything you see you eat......get it?). I was a hard gainer when I was younger but now i'm 225 lbs, your only 19 your metabolism is working over time. Be patient, eat an extra 500 calories a day of healthy complex carbs like whole grain bread, pasta or quaker oatmeal with some nonfat yogurt mixed in is pretty good, low saturated fat proteins ie. tuna and chicken or hard boiled egg whites, some fibers like Broccoli and black beans, you get where i'm going right? 95% of supplements on the market are junk, stick to the basics and you should start just by eating more on a regular basis and using the well known supplements like whey protein and the like. Good luck, you'll gain that mass if you eat like a machine, don't worry if you don't have the appetite yet, just keep eating and soon your body will crave more food. After a month of eating 500 extra calories a day(must be healthy calories or you'll gain a skinny guy belly not muscle) you'll see some huge improvements and your apetite will be up.
