Hi fellas, I'd be interested to hear your opinion on the follwing - after my first cycle I had a strange experience pertaining to sexual function, I never found out why the problem occured and although things returned to normal relatively quickly I'm curious as to what happened, details are as follows:

9 week cycle

Anavar 40mg daily

During the last week and a half of PCT i found reaching orgasm a real problem (I could get there but it took a long time and plenty of effort!). Sex drive was good throughout cycle - a few weeks after completing PCT things returned to normal.

My PCT consisted of:

Nolva 40mg Day 1-10
Clomid 100mg Day 1-10

Clomid 50mg Day 11-28
Nolva 20mg Day 11-28

Blood tests 10 weeks later confirmed test levels were back to normal. I'm interested to find out what caused this problem. Was it low test during recovery (my sex drive wasn't low though) or was it related to clomid / nolva combination?

More than likely a central nervous system abnormality due to decreased androgenic stimulation. The again, it could have been due various other factors. Erection is mediated by the parasympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system while ejaculation is dependent on the sympathetic division of central nervous system.

I wouldn't worry about it anymore since it does not persist. Also, I would include HCG in during your next PCT.

I must admit it did worry me, as I had no idea why it happened... I've been searching for an explanation for a while. I have since completed other cycles without encountering the issue again, and I do now incorporate HCG .
