I was surfing around on the internet looking at a cutting cycles and came across a place that sell what they call "cutting stack" it consist of test 600, tren 75, winn 50, and clen (all oral) how toxic would this be on the liver. what would you guy recommend as a good cutting cycle. I know diet diet diet is the most important part for a great physic. I'm also trying to find a respectable diet plan so if you guys can point me in the right direction on my diet or even give me a sample of what you guys do for a cutting diet that would be great.

6.0 ft
240 lbs
about 20% bf
8 years in the gym
3 cycles under the belt
currently on 500mg test a week for three more weeks pcts will consist of clomid and HCG
 
Run away , the only tren oral I know of us highly toxic , unsure of any oral test ?

Just doesn't sound right at all
 
Test alone is just fine for cutting , needtoo had a great plan recently and it's very similar to what I follow , take your weight minus 20 percent take that weight and x 13 , that will give you calories per day

Take that value x by 1.5 to get grams of protien per day

Consume 120 g carbs a day all breakfast pre and post workout

The rest of your calories make up in healthy fats

Fasted cardio 30 to 40 min am x 5 to 6 days a week

Weights pm if you can

And you should be well on your way to shedding bodyfat

Get your diet together and drop to <15% before cycling. By then you should stumble across some legit gear. Good luck man.

It is great you came here first, and that's what were here for... Stay away from all of that for now... There is nothing good that will come from that... Take 1-2 months and get your diet right... Your not just going to wake up and have a good diet... It takes time to train yourself to get accustomed to eating a certain way and working out the right way along with your diet... You need to kick in some cardio into your routine, diet properly and get your bf down and then you can run a cutting cycle... after you get these taken care of I can definitely point you in the right direction to cut up... This is my specialty... If you need dieting help, let me know... I can definitely be of help for you with that...

This is what I was looking for thnx...I'm at 14% and 2.5 weeks tils my first cycle...Still want to drop more BF...
