- Plain olf Creatine Monohydrate.
- Micronized creatine.
- Creatine Ethyl Ester.
- KreAlkalyne.
- Creatine Nitrate.
- Creatine Gluconate.
- Creatine HCL.

I personally tried the monohyrate, CEE and krealkalyne but always feel the old monohydrate does the trick for me and I dont get bloated from it.

so how about you ?

I too have always liked monohydrate the best. I still get a slight bloat, but nothing like the rest. Pretty much lubes the joints up enough so that injuries are less prominant.

The only other I have tried was the KreAlkalyne, but it was a waste of money IMO.
 
Monohydrate puts on the most size but also bloats and can convert to creatinine in higher dosages. That's why BIG BLAST uses a buffered form of creatine P12 that does not degrade into creatinine. The water uptake also seems to be less subcutaneous and more in the muscle.

I've tried several and Mono is still king to me, then APS Creatine Nitrate next. I like how mono don't break your bank account and Orbitnutrition.com carries all the types.
 
I'm one of those people that are non-responsive to monohydrate creatine so I have been using CEE and it's amazing! I think monohydrate is junk anyway only 1 to 2% absorption rate that's pathetic and what the rest just sits in your stomach no wonder why people get bloat and diarrhea from it!
 
KreAlkalyn 1500 by scifit gave me great strength gains. No bloat.

Creatine mono made me a little queasy in my stomach the first couple nights, but that was prolly the loading of 25g. Strength went up a little bit I did get bloated and felt kinda full
 
Kre alkalyn wins, creatine doesn't digest in some people as well, personally I can feel like monohydrate builds up in my liver-and doesn't quite get processed as well. When I take kre alkalyn, I get so pumped during my workouts That it's hard for me to reach my back in the shower. Plus monohydrate u just end up gaining water weight vs muscle mass

Creatine monohydrate works best for me. Ive tried almost everything out there.
 
I just started trying out Muscle Pharms Creaine product and so far my strength is jumping up!! Cheap price too and has 60 servings.
