Your first cycle

I am just finishing up my 1st cycle now....I will be starting post-cycle on this Friday. I was on 250mg sust and 500mg sust (2 week front-loading) for 8 weeks. I gained about 20lbs in muscle and actually lost around 2-3% BF.

...I've been lifting every other day heavy weights...then running on the off days (about 2 miles or so). Also drinking 2 protien shakes (Pro Complex from GNC) daily which adds about 110g of protein to my diet.

My strength gains have been:
bench: approx 30lbs+
squat: approx 50lbs+
all others lifts have gained alot as well.

I am very happy with my results, but I'm going to try omna + dbol + deca for my next cycle.
 
500mg sust
300mg deca
did dbol the first 2 weeks and then quit - 30mg/ED

gained about 20lbs - core lifts went up close to 100lbs
 
My first cycle, man that seems like ages ago, was as follows:

Week 1-5 Dbol @ 25mg/day
Week 1-10 Sust @ 500mg/week
Then Clomid 3 weeks after last sust shot!

I put on around 30 pounds and kept close to 25 pounds after the water weight came off!! Can't really remember how much my weights went up but i know they did increase drastically!!

What are you thinking of using for your first cycle khavanin????

i'm thinking about using a single steroid for my first cycle that is not harsh on my system. Maybe 300mg of test or deca. I will make my decision based on the feedback i get from the board. BTW, i'm 38, 5'9, 165lb, with around 6% BF and 10 yrs training experience. Looking for something that gives me lean mass without the bloat.
 
mine was...

...test prop 100mg eod 10 weeks
...deca 400mg ew 10 weeks

gained 25lbs, and kept around 20...
 
That was a freaking long time ago.

1-10 deca 200 mg wk
1-4 anavar 20 mg Ed
5-10 d-bol 15-20 mg Ed

...and one week I shot 400 mg of deca 'cuz I was a wild man. I was also pushing it going as high as 20 mg on the d-bol some days. Everybody knew going over 15 mg turned you into a 'roid rage psychotic.

I'm guessing I gained 20 lbs. Kept it all.
 
I did a cycle of Deca only 200-400 week for 10 weeks with no PCT gained 23lbs and kept 18lbs of it. I remember getting strong as hell form it;)
