7-8% for me also, it was two months or so after a powerlifting meet, I competed in the 2nd lowest weight-class there was for guys, under 132lbs I think. I was lean as hell, and strong as hell for my size, but I would get sick every time I tried to eat enough to grow. Sust 250mg/week for 9 weeks, 25mg/day dbol for 4 weeks. Dbol jacked my appetite up enough so I could finally eat as much as I needed to grow. I don't regret doing it when I weighed that little, I'd probably still be 130lbs and struggling to gain if I hadn't.
