SO FAR...what is your favorite trilogy

the new starwars

the matrix

lord of the rings

its a tough choice between LOTR and the matrix....i would have to say LOTR

Matrix isn't a trilogy yet, and if you're talking about movies, neither is Lord of the Rings.

So far, it's not a trilogy.
Whats your point?

In fact LoTR isn't a trilogy bookwise either.

why are people naming movie series that aren't even Trilogies? Halloween, Leathal Weapon?

Anyways, did anyone else like the SpyKids trilogy?

Code makes a good point. They skipped the first book in the movies. The Hobbit was the first book.

They just don't talk a lot, don't always have happy endings, they're often more like a form of art than a marketing ploy....they're more like literature.

I just ordered the Independent Film channel from my digital cable provider and many of the films are, of course, foreign films.

For the most part, the movies are much more interesting and thought provoking than Hollywood tripe.

It's also surprising how many big name Hollywood actors still make time to do independent film. I suppose the do the big movies for the $$$ and then do the films they WANT to make on the side.

I am a HUGE fan of Independent films, the greenlight project is pretty cool as well.....

Lions Gate comes out with some nice, off beat flicks......
