With all the different company's out there trying to make a buck, which brand of creatine do you think is worth the investment?? The big hype in my are right now is MHP Trac, what's your opinion??

I like effervescent creatine. any kind. It is quick and you absorb just as much as with sugar. Give it a try.........

Phosphagen HP, been using it for a few years now, still use it :D
Hey bro if your likin' the results then stick with what's working for you. I've always believed trial by error, if you find something and you like the results then by all means stick with it.:) As for Trac never heard anything positive about it! I personally could never handle Creatine Monohydrate(gastro discomfort, running to bathroom after consumption). With Tricreatine Malate no discomfort! Many people still use plain ole CM because they get great results from the OG. To each his own...:)

V-12 is a copy of Swole! Swole was the original and is cheaper! Syntrax is always being copied I WONDER WHY...

P.S.- I hear Syntrax has a lawsuit out against SAN for the product V-12, so it (V-12) might not be around for long. But who knows could just be rumers...

Not true. I have tried swole in the past and got better results with v12 . swole was making me nausious and made my joints ache. according to my experience V12 better than swole and tastes better as well. I agree that v12 is a copycat of syntrax in a way, but they decided to made a stronger version of a swole type creatine and that's exactly what they did.
