hey there,
i'm 5'11, 190, 11% bf and want to get down to 6% bodyfat without losing any muscle.

was heavily considering a CKD trial of 2-4 weeks.

please, post the results of your experience with CKD.

It's working great for me so far. I started at 205Lbs 3 weeks ago, now i'm 190Lb and FINALLY noticing results! Mr. Satriani

from your experience with CKD, how much weight loss should i expect considering that i'm already fairly lean:

Read in muscle & fitness mag that already fairly lean people who use these diets can gain muscle, forgot what it said about fat, but I'm pretty sure that it said they can lose fat without loss of muscle. But on the other hand people with a higher fat % will lose muscle with the fat.

Just some info...You should double check it though cuz i'm not POSITIVE, but too lazy to check myself :D

Thanks brother! Good luck! i'm 6"1 by the way. I don't know my fat% , sorry man.
 
5'9" was 190 when I started 8 weeks ago, currently I am down to 163 and I can see major improvement. Still 4 more weeks to go. I really did not see any noticeable difference until week 4-5

35 1/2" waist
about 205 @ an estimated 15% when I started....(that was 4 weeks ago.

got sick one week, so came off for a week

not sure what I am weighing right now.....but I certainly visually notice the difference...little love handles are shrinking away, lost 1 1/2" of my waist. any extra water came off immediately.

goal is to get down to 10% or lower, and waist down to 32"
i don't care about what I weigh.....bulking cycle is next!

anabolic diet results

September 1, 2002:
6'2"
192lbs
14% bodyfat

A few lifts...
bench press 230
Trab bar deadlift 360
Weighted pull up: bodyweight + 45 lbsx5 reps
Weighted dips: bodyweight + 90 lbs x3 reps
seated overhead press: 150x5

After a bulking cycle I was up to 216 lbs at 13% bodyfat

I've been on a moderate cutting cycle since then,

current stats:
207 lbs
10% bodyfat
Bench press 265
Trab bar deadlift 425x5
Weighted pull up: bodyweight + 80 lbs x 5
Weighted dips: bodyweight + 110x5
seated overhead press: 185x5

There's been a lot of experimentation throughout the past 6 months with regards to percentage of fat and protein from switching from my bulking diet to my "cutting" diet, as well as a great deal of variation in the way I carbed up (duration, food choices, etc...)

Supplements:
Multivitamin/mineral
calcium/magnesium/zinc
Poliquin performance series essential fats
metrx protein plus bars (3 grams countable carbs)
metrx anabolic drive protein packets (5 grams carbs [discounting fiber])
