I've researched carb & sugar limiting diets and made the correlation between limiting these two and being in ketosis. Any bodybuilder will want to learn how to be in ketosis, and how to stay there. It takes about 2 days to get your carbs low enough your ketostix will show ketosis, and at that point, you WILL be burning fat at an accelerated rate.
The problem with doing anything half assed, is a high fat, low carb diet, jumbled up with a carb laden/sugar diet will basically give you a lot of everything. A lot of fat, carbs, calories. This does nobody good. Choose to be an average joe, eating any vending machine shit, or a low carb, careful diet so your body can be that of fantasies. Its up to you, your dedication, and your education when it comes to what you put in your mouth....
