Heres the exact cycle I plan on doing soon -- please tell me what you all think -- so i can adjust it if need be...


Week 1-10 --> 500mg Test Enanthate
Week 1-3 --> 25mg dbol per day
week 1-14 --> nolvadex 10mg per day

Seriously -- critique as much as you want...
 
One thing that helps the users of this board critique someones cycle is to also post, besides your proposed cycle, your traning history, current stats, and your goals you what to attain with this cycle.
 
Ok -- I have trained hard on and off for about 6 years... (lower back problems stop me for a couple months at a time) -- I found the secret to saving my lower back -- besides more ab workouts, my hot tub -- for 7 months i havent had one lower back problem so I have been working out very consistently... and for once in my life I have been eating well -- I am 6'1 235, I am going to guess around 15% body fat... I have big legs so I know thats a lot of the weight -- I guess my main goal would be to fill out my body and put on some noticable size, transfer what fat I do have -- into muscle...
 
For your cycle you mite wont to change it up a lil bit.

Test E 600mg 1-10 weeks
D-Bol 40mg a day 1-4 weeks
Nolva only if needed
Clomid PCT 3 weeks after last shot
and prob wont to ad Proviron 25mg weeks 1-13
to help keep bloat down from the Bol and Test...
 
That sounds more diagnosed... I like that... Can I ask why 600 though? each ML is 250mg -- just seems like a hassle doing that math :)

wouldnt it just make more sense for 500 or 750-- does that 100 really do an extra bit?

I'd go w/ this. If you want to do 500 then just do that.

i to would go with this but maybe start off with lower dose of dbol to see how you cope. some people get insane lower back pumps with dbol and with your history of back problems you may not cope at 40mg/day. recommend to start at 25mg/day for the 1st week.

If it's capsule then you are locked in at 25mg intervals. Try 50mg ed split up into 2 doses 12 hrs apart. If that seems to be too much then back it down to 25mg. I don't see what the point of these high mg dbol capsules are. There's no room for adjustment.
 
And one more thing -- how do you do 40mg dbol? I got 25mg capsules..

Start out at 25mg per day, then bump it to 50mg per day

Question: You mentioned you had back pumps, I don’t know what caused your back pumps but D-bol is notorious for back pumps or back pain.

Its lower back problems, not back pumps.
 
If you haven't done dbol before, and you have back problems to begin with, I definitely don't recommend 50mg dbol... that's alot for a dbol novice. Future reference, don't get dbol in such high dosage.... 5mg or 10mg, so you have more flexibility. Also, 500mg Test is just fine... next time, you can consider upping to 750mg (or even staying at 500mg)

How much do you squat you say you have big legs.
 
drop the nolva and use AIFM or something to that effect holding the nolva in case of gyno. Use 20mg's nolva starting two weeks after your last shot.
