Let me give you my synopsis of AS use. I've always been gifted in the gym. My freshman year in highschool I weighed 125- 4% bf, my senior year, I peaked at 217 - 9% bf. My bench my senior year was 355, my squat was 505, my deadlift was 505. The first one was tied for the school record, the second two were school records. I've now finished my second yer of college, and my bodyweight is around 220, but my bf is around 7%. After my senior year, 2 years ago, I did a lot of cutting and got down to 5%, but paid the price and lost a bit of muscle too. So as a 200 lb freshman in college, I gained the muscle back, with a little bit of fat. Up to christmas this year, I'd been making good progress. For a while my bench was going up one rep a week. 5 reps, then 6, then 7, then up the weight, and 5 then 6 then 7. Just like that each week. And the same for shoulder presses, and back, and pretty much everything. Started Jan. 17 this year at the age of 19 (turned twenty at end of cycle) with primo 400, winny 50 eod for 9 weeks (only 7 weeks winny though). What happened was pretty amazing, in a weird way. Starting weight, 215-220, finishing weight, 215-220. Starting bench 370, finishing bench 415 on third set, 365 for fucking 5 on the first set. Shoulder press, started at 275 for 4 on first set. Finished at 275 for 10. Back started at pullups +100lbs for 6-7, to +100 lbs for 12-14 at the end of the cycle. After the cycle, in the beginning of march, I held my gains. Strength stayed the same til the middle of may(8-9 weeks off), when I started this cycle. Which I thought would make me explode. It was/is (I did my last shots monday) omna at 750/week-10 weeks, equipose at 500/week-10weeks, and winny at 50 ed-8.5 weeks. This cycle, of course I started at the same stats that I was at the end of the first cycle, and now i'm the same once again 215-220, with the same bodyfat, but my strength has left me. I'm back to where I was just after christmas (a tiny bit better actually but not much), before I ever did AS. Very strange. If anyone has any opinions, I'd like to hear them. I don't think I'll ever do AS again, as they are complete bullshit for me. I've never had trouble gaining weight when I wanted too, that is until I started using AS, where my bodyweight stopped rising. I'm in the range where I want to be, maybe slight gains in a couple places, but not too much more. Surely AS will not help me achieve them.
