I think the loser at trial should pay attorney's fees (would shut down lots of marginal frivolous cases)

Yeah HR is a good person. I think we should kill all the people convicted of violent crimes though, we spend way to much money housing these sorts of people and it we don't want to end up being overpopulated like china. Just a thought. Lol.
