They're fine. Start shootin'.
The corners of the label should be rounded, and the stamped numbers should be crooked, not straight and inline. I don't really think that the top spinning should be any concern.
-Go look at some pics if you're still not sure.

I've done some looking around about the loose tops, I'm curious because I've been screwed on Normas twice. But I can't find anything about it, and it would concern me too. My suggestion would be to PM NORMA-MAN he would be the final work on Normas.

your vials sound 100% real...
it doesn't mean anything if the tops spin or not, the lots you mentioned are absolutely legit....
