you ever hear voices?

not the ones that tell you to kill hookers but seriously... like almost inaudible, almost as if someone has a radio on in the faint distance and you can't make out what they are saying but you know people are talking yet you are home alone and nothing is on.

Yes. When I'm just falling asleep but still semi-conscious. The better my Wellbutrin is working, the more often if happens. Sometimes it's more than one voice. Sometimes it switches from male to female. Dopaminergic drugs are tied to auditory hallucinations, so it makes sense that Wellbutrin could cause that. I also have dreams that are weird but the content isn't scary, yet they'll wake me up with this scared feeling and sometimes I'll have to roll over and make sure noone is standing behind me, even though rationally I know that's ridiculous. I'll just have a real uneasy feeling nonetheless.

It's a pain in the ass sometimes, but I know what's real and what's not and after REM sleep I usually am just fine.

I was going to suggest the same thing as Huck, My family, as well as myself have experienced this in my current home, but the is a bit of a history to this place, perhaps some research on where you live to see is it is "metaphysically active".

Look up Hypnagogic hallucinations fatass, that could be your problem. I have the same thing, i think.



Supposedly hearing voices can be tied into loneliness or past trauma. Have no idea how much though.

Ive read lots of book on supernatural ect.... and they say the time right before you fall asleep you are in almost a trance state and that is when it is easy for spirits to communitcate through symbols, sounds, smell ect..... I have that same problem every so often but It makes loud bangs that are not real sounds but only in my head. They are so loud it scares the shit out of me and i pop up out of bed like someone just let off a shotgun in my room. I think it wants to talk with me because after it has gotten my attention just when im about to fall asleep again some other weird shit happens. I have told nobody about this. lol
