TOP LEVEL: CEO'S AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD (I.E...GEORGE AND CHRIS) AT THIS LEVEL, MANAGERS MUST POSSESS COMMUNICATIVE AND CONCEPTUAL SKILLS AND PERFORM PLANNING AND ORGANIZING FUNCTIONS.
MID LEVEL: REGIONAL OR DISTRICT MANAGERS (I.E...THE ELITE MODS) MUST POSSES A BALANCE OF ALL THREE SKILLS (COMMUNICATIVE, TECHNICAL, AND CONCEPTUAL) AND BALANCE ALL FOUR FUNCTIONS (PLAN, ORGANIZE, LEAD, CONTROL)
FRONTLINE: MANAGERS THAT MANAGE THE REGULAR EMPLOYEES (I.E.....THE REGULAR MODS) THEY MUST POSSESS TECHNICAL AND COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS AND PERFORM LEADING AND CONTROLLING FUNCTIONS.
