thats what i am doing at the moment (with AF products ) but i was wondering if there is a point where its just too much as in orals over 60mg has potential negative effects on the cardiovascular system....?

i mean is there an amount that will be risky or bad for overall health... as in will it kill me.......

lethal oral dose is QUITE high .. though very VERY unpleasant sides can be had at lower doses(100mg +)

(25mg seems pretty tolerable to most people) over 50mg tends to be too much for most...
