Yohimburn CAN help with puffy nipples, but it is less certain than other areas of application.. somewhere over 50% of users report complete recession of puffyness. if yohimburn does not work for your puffy nipples, then selegine or vitex may help (theY decrease prolactin.. the other source of puffyness)

Im gonna probably do it 2 times a day, with 1/4 or 1/2 pipette each time. For all the already specified areas..

Macro- What's the appropriate dosage to start out with? I'm debating wether or not I should get a 2oz or 4oz bottle. It's only for my nipples. I could care less about my love handles right now.

What would be the optimum dosage to start out with and gradually move up to? Would a 2oz bottle be sufficient?

if juist for nipples then the trial should be fine, at least to see if it works for you (as nipples are less certain.. unfortunatley as prolactin is sometimes the source of puffyness)..
