Alright bros, I've tried to research some of this stuff, so be patient with me!!
Q1: 15min after application is peak absorption right? After that point I understand Yohimburn has a relatively short half life, how long is it effective for?
Q2: When Yohimburn is applied to an area is it pertanent or of significantly greater benefit if you train that site directly?
Q3: Does it function well with resistance training at that site as compared to high intensity cardio?
Q4: Is it true that you must already have rather low bf in order to see a great difference?
Any opinions, experiences, research, or even popular word of mouth welcome!
