most people that have trouble tolerating eca.. actually find yohimburn (topical yohimbine).. very pleasant in its effects..
often the EC negative response is related to impact of EC impact on NE levels and the effects of NE binding in some areas (particularly the brain).. which give very negative feelings.
with yohimbine/ yohimburn some people find EC more tolerable because of the A2 blocking effect (though this does vary).

yes... it is very well tolerated by those who have trouble with EC
it is safer to use.. however if you have high BP or heart problems you should consult your doctor..
yohimbine actually lowers BP, though in peripheral vessels it can act as a vasoconstrictor (all to do with a2 receptor subtype as well as presence of pre and/or post synaptic A2)
