Yohimbine questions....

What kind of dosing is recommended with yohimbine HCI? Maybe 5mg 3 times daily? I'm doing a clen/ephe rotation right now, 2 weeks one then 2 weeks the other. Should the Y be rotated also? Would it be better to run the Y with the eph or the clen? Or could I just run it continually without taking a break from it?

run the ephed with the yohimbine, and throw in caffiene 25 mg ephed 200mg caffiene 5mg yohimbine.
