Yohimbine HCL

I realize I haven't been on in quite a while, but I was curious if you women have ever taken any Yohimbine products and if they've worked well for you?
I've been trying to diet up and eat healthy, but sometimes i'm just not around anything really good for me. Or I just slip up. I still eat 3 egg whites in the morning along with 1/3 cup oatmeal and the pills for the day.... mid afternoon I try to get a protein shake in. Work out, then another shake and either chicken, lean beef, or fish to end the night with some kind of veggies. But sometimes I slip up and want icecream or something chocolate or a burrito. Lol.
Anyway, back on subject..... I just read about this product and was wondering what you ladies know about it and if i'll benefit from taking it.
My only problem area is lower abs and obliques. Blegh.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Personally, I do not think the Yohimbine products are all that great. When they first came out everyone was very excited about them. However, I have used them with some of my clients & have not seen that it works very well. There are other and better ways to go.

Please remember there is no miracle potion out there. You must train, do your cardio & eat right. But, yes you are allowed to slip up here and there - no one is perfect. Regarding, having times that you are not around anything healthy. Well you can turn allot of things that may not be the best for you into something relative decent and worst case scenario always have a protein shake with you or protein bar - check out Needtobuildmuscle.com: Supplements, articles, .... they have a mix where you can make up your own bars.

I've just now heard about yohimbine, period. Lol. I know there's no quick fix pill. I'm just looking for something to help with those "trouble areas."

I work out 4-5 days a week, 30 minutes of cardio 3 days a week. My lift schedule is on point and I can see a lot of progress. Just not in my tummy! I try and try and try to eat right but sometimes I just feel like I haven't eaten enough.
Eating healthy gets so expensive, especially when you're on a budget. I'm just looking for something to help the edge. If you know of anything that could work, that'd be fantastic.
I am about 5'5" 130lbs. Not looking to lose weight. Just tone up. Don't care if I gain or lose. Just tone up. :)
Thanks again in advance.

Hey girl. I love Yohimbine. As you know it doesn't take the place of diet and training but when those are keyed in and your body fat is already pretty low, it can be a great addition to your cardio sessions. It has completely transformed my lower body - which is my stubborn spot. Here is a protocol that I have found very useful:

Yohimbine + Caffeine 30 minutes prior to fasted cardio:

5 minute warmup
10 minutes of high intensity intervals (heart rate at 80%) - using equipment that you typically do not use or doing fierce complexes
5 minute complete rest
20 minutes of steady state cardio - anything of your choosing - keeping heart rate around 60%
10 minutes of intervals at 70% or so

At first I would start with only Yohimbine, as you feel you can tolerate it add the caffeine.

*As a note Yohimbine's fat releasing effect is halted by glucose. To get the most bang for your buck use Yohimbine on an empty stomach. If you can't do AM cardio do it in the evening at least 3 hours after eating.

By the way - get that crap out of your house - no ice cream, burritos or chocolate! LOL. If you are feeding your body what it needs including physical, emotional, and mental - those cravings cease to exist. Especially at night.

Hope you are well -

Thank you! I usually either get to the gym around 6ish, in the pm, or around 1pm before work. I usually get up around 9 for brekkie, so I should be alright if I took it around 12:30/5:30?

My boyfriend has the topical dermacrine stuff and I have been using that for a few days now. He said I should see some strength gains from it.

Looks like i'll be looking for some Yohimbine! :). Would there be any at Nature's Pantry?

And i'm done buying icecream. lol. Its hard living with a guy that can eat whatever the hell he wants and not gain an inch. So he likes all the fatty stuff because he is trying to gain and its hard for me to sit and watch him eat the good stuff! lol. I see what your saying though. I will cease to eat the bad stuff.

I'm a little worried about the 5:30 dose. Take it on an evening when you can sleep in the next morning. It could very well keep you up through the night. Nature's Pantry probably won't have it. bodybuilding.com by far has the fasted shipping.

I don't take a protein shake before I work out. Just after. Yeah, I looked at bodybuilding's site. The pure yohimbine hcl, correct?
