Hey Bros,

Is 20-40mg Yohimbine the dose per application or is the this the dose per day?

oral yohimbine dose is 10-20mg. You have to be a "real man" to take more. I would work up to it starting at the low end to avoid the sides.

that is the test dose.. you can use more.. it is just to see how you react..

the greater your calorie deficit the more you can use... (within reason )
