Is ther any reason to use Yo(for fat loss) while on A-dex, since A-dex eliminates the chances for estrogenic pattern fat deposits?

Will a-dex increase blood flow to the areas where estrogenic fat deposits are since it lowers estrogens effects in the body?

yes, stacking the two together should be very beneficial with respect to estrogenic fat loss. Though technically it is the absence of estrogen caused by arimidex as opposed to arimidex's direct actions- but thats semantics.
