I know that...but again...it's about how he feels/sees things right now, and why he sees things that way. He may feel he's pulling the lion's share of duties, and then some. If so, why? If you dig deep enough you'll keep getting closer to the root. It's probably not even one thig, but it may be one big thing...like not finishing your PhD? Who knows? He may not even really know or remember. Lots of communication needed.
