Once again, is it the site or some bottle neck between you and this site? Why dont you guys start posting trace routes with these complaints, because until you can show its this site, you dont even know if your complaining to the correct people.

Very true bro...I wasn't complaining though. Whether it's me or the site doesn't really matter to me. It's not a big enough deal to cry over. It's only a slight "lag" at times. Although, I do believe it to be due to higher traffic on this sight compared to others. This is only a theory, no definitive proof. It just doesn't happen on any of the other sights, I guess due to lower traffic volume???

Zyg, what exactly do you mean by a "bottleneck"?? How can I test to see if this is the case?

most often start with a ping test.

get to a command prompt by - windows 2K start ->run->cmd
- other OS use DOS prompt

at c:>ping boards.elitefitness.com if this timesout then do a tracert at the same prompt
c:>tracert boards.elitefitness.com

if you start to see some high millisecond times pop up that is where slow downs are happening.

if you see some * show up then it is timing out
you can increase the timeout by using -w switch

c:>tracert -w 500 boards.elitefitness.com (this will wait 500 milliseconds)
