what is wrong with people posting their pictures? I want to see the results of peoples hard work, or if it is their out of shape "before" picture I want to see that also, because when you show your "fat" picture you are sharing your hope with us, and that courage is very inspiring... When people diet like crazy to make changes in their body they are so pumped up and happy they want to share that , I think it is great, plus it makes the board more of a community of friends and not faceless strangers when we can see each other
