Got gyno surgery about a month ago and I am back in the gym lifting moderate(75% of what I usually lift for a complete set) pundages and It feels bad ass. I find myself going to bed thinking, "I can't wait to be sore as hell tommorow" MY vascularity is up again because I have been doing cardio for the past two weeks and the pumps are great, without gear(yet). SInce my classes don't start till 1:00 I have all morning to workout, and it puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day. I just had vent(in a good way).
