Yet Another Size Increase!!

Hey everyone! I havent taken any other measurements yet, but the arms just increased another 1/4 inch! Left arm is now 18 3/4 and right arm 18 1/2. Doesnt sound like much, but my speed of progress has been incredible the last 6 months. Ive just gained an inch in 6 months time. Previously it took me 4 fucking years to gain an inch, from 17-18"! Cycling on and off of low dosages of M1T has been bringing me some incredible gains lately. Ive also kept the dose very low. 5-10mg. Ive only been on the M1T a little more then a week and already Ive made another size increase. Gives me some happiness, cuz I feel torn to shit and am actually taking a rest at the moment. Everything fucking hurts!! Wrists,hands,joints,back. Shooting pain everywhere! Ill train hard again on thursday. And go for 400 again on bench, at a heavier bodyweight. I just ordered another 120 capsule bottle of the M1T plus the 70 caps I have left. I may have 20+ inch arms after finishing the pills at this rate! Ill do them in 2-3 week low dose cycles. Its nice to be making some very steady progress once again. ThanX for all the encouragement!! KILL THAT SHIT!!
 
Great job! I got a size decrease goin on. I'm down from 255 to 242 and on my way to 220 land.

ThanX alot brother!! Im still trying to get to 220 land myself brother!! Im lucky if Im 200. Id like to weigh in over 200 on my bench day (thursday). I was looking small today too, didnt even want to measure, but figured fuck it, Ive got nothing to lose. haha I think Ill wait a while before I measure again. It can be a mind FUCK. Im guessing those arms are still over 19 inches and that aint no joke! Keep KILLING THAT SHIT!!

Remember, m1t is a steroid, not a PH so make sure you keep your time off equal to your time on.

You'll be 19" in no time. You gotta eat more bro. That's why you're struggling to get past 200lbs. It's all about how much you eat, nothing more or less. Considering your bodyweight you have some nice guns bro.

When you gonna hit up the real deal? 500mgs test a week and you'd definitely cruise past 200lbs and 400 bench easy!

I applaud your work for all the consistent years. It's paid off amigo.

ThanX alot brother!! Yea, definately stronger then any supplement Ive ever used, and dirt cheap! Hopefully not too toxic. I think Ill try not to exceed a 2 week on 2 week off pattern, but hard not to add an extra week sometimes. The thing I like about it is I keep the size gains and gain strength even after I go off. I agree that Im not eating as much as I should. More so then bodyweight, my main goals are measurement increases and strength increases. Both seem to be coming along well for the time being. My budget doesnt really allow 6000 cals a day anymore, though Id find a way to do it if I really believed it was necessary. So far gains are still coming. Oh yea, I know if I went on real AAS Id get massive and freakishly strong within 6 weeks. Im still trying to do what I can and build a mostly "natural" base. If I can continue down this road and hit 22" arms, juice might not be necessary. I have the patience aslong as I can see some gain at the end of each year. Six months ago did you start paying a bit more attention to your diet and eating more?

ThanX for asking brother!! I cant honestly say Ive been eating much, if any better then usual. Ive had some longer periods of consistency, no doubt, but I think the main thing that has sparked the gains has been the gym switch, and cycling the M1T on and off 3 times. Im in my third cycle of the M1T now.
I try to maintain around 200 grams of protein a day, but sometimes dont even make that. So my calories and protein havent been real high, and Ive had periods in the past where I ate MUCH more. I cant really afford 6000 cals a day now on my budget, but I could still be more consistent. I often get tired as fuck, like a zombie, and just go in a coma before I finish all my meals.
A few more obstacles such as my stomache condition and fucked nerves dont help things either, but it can be forced to a degree. Once I start vomitting food, then it goes to waste. haha My diet may be somewhat more consistent now, its hard to say overall, but I think its more then coincidence that the last 3/4's of an inch I gained on the arms was from my last 3 M1T cycles. I gained 1/4 of an inch on each cycle, and this one is still only half way done. One change Ive made to my diet is, instead of trying to get as much protein as possible each day, I concentrate on 200 grams instead. Before I might eat 300 grams of protein one day, 150 another day, 200 another day, and 60 on another bad day. It was all over the place. Now its more of a consistent 200, sometimes falling a little lower, but mostly consistent. This is a more recent change. KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT!!

ThanX brother!! Thats all Ive ever wanted! My strength pound for pound actually increased, not just my absolute strength. I was at 190 before and couldnt lockout 370 on flat bench. I recently hit 395 at around 195lbs. So that put me a little over 2X bodyweight bench. My main goal is absolute strength and size, but I like to make sure my gains are quality gains. So Id like to maintain atleast a 2x bodyweight bench press. I havent tested my strength since the 1/4 inch increase on the arms. That was just a few days ago when I made this thread. Im in my rest stage now. We'll see what happens when I come back to benching on thursday. Id like to break 400 then if all goes well. Im also on 10mg of M1T this week, up from 5mg last week. Bodyweight is increasing a bit. All of this should help. KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT BROTHER!!

:FRlol: :FRlol: :FRlol: Yea, I had an incident with a goldfish when I was 6. Had it in my room. One night I just chewed it up and spit it back in the tank. haha Fun times!! Sure brother!! Might be a strange presentation though!! haha KILL THAT SHIT!!
