7:00 N-large2 with 16oz milk and 3 tbsp olive oil
9:00 designer whey protien bar
11:30 2 cans tuna w/ mayo & steak fries
*1:00 1 piece of cake and a ham sandwich*
2:30 designer whey protien bar
5:00 N-large 2 with 16oz water and 3 tbsp olive oil (post workout)
7:00 Some pizza caserol stuff my wife made and green beans
9:30 2 cups cottage cheese
*The cake and ham sandwich were free so I couldnt pass them up.
I usually eat 2 chicken breasts and veggies around 7, but my wife made dinner and I feel guilty not eating it.
Overall Im pretty proud I ate that much. I almost blew chow eating the cottage cheese.
