Ok so there has been a ton of debate whether Yohimburn ES works or not so im out to be the guinea pig for it to see whether or not it does work, i just got 2 bottles of it yesterday and will start my first day today. Im 5'8 170lbs with a 7.6%bf. My diets as follows
8:00 5 egg whites 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
11:00 Protein Shake (Whey, Banana, 1tbs light peanut butter, skim milk)
2:00 Chicken Breast, 1/4 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup of broccoli

4:30 Protein Shake (Whey Protein, Banana, Water) Fruit
7:00 2 Chicken Breast, 1/4 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup of broccoli
9:00 On weekends or if up late usual snack on cheese or Chicken meat
Also substitues chicken for steak or fish 1-3 days a week
As for sups just nitric oxide and protein. I do a lot of MMA fighting so i try and stay light as i can(fight at 160) I workout 6 days a week and 5-6 days a week i run for at least 30 mins a day. Anyway im hoping this thread will help many others and myself to see as to whether or not Yohimburn ES is the real deal or not. Will post weekly update photos cant right now im at work.
