YES during bulking?

YES during bulking? PLEASE HELP GUYS!

ive heard wonderful things about Y ES, and so i really would like to try it. im currently on a bulking diet, so i have decided to try it after im done bulking. but i was wondering if i can use it now? because im adding weight, im afraid im gonnna get some man boobs, lol. so... can i use YES while bulking? will it have any effect on my growth? will it now work? help guys! also ive been told that i should take glucorell while bulking so that i dont add any fat. sesapure has also been mentioned. the thing is that ive been told that u can only do one thing at a time, either bulk or cut.. cant do both. so will sesapure work while bulking? thanx guys.

i work out 4 times a week, go as hard as i can, and do 15 min of cardio afterwards to keep fat gains away. my bulkingdiet is very clean, if needed, ill post it. thanx again!

there is no problem with using a low dose to help reduce some of the adipose deposition in those stubborn fat areas, where it will help some, though its most (and much more) effective when cutting.

no problem, like to see people use it, but also want them to get the most out of it. Now there are people that just use it all the time, maybe even a touch excessively :), but thats not always economically feasible.

btw- did not answer your sesapure and glucorell question...

those two are VERY HIGHLY reccomended during bulking to reduce overall adipose tissue gains in such overfeeding periods.

thanx again bro. should i buy both? or is glucorell enough? if im not mistaken, sesapure is for losing weight, is that possible during bulking? just dont know if sesapure will work now. maybe i should use it during cutting only, or is it ok to use it now aswell? thanx!
 
sesapure is generally better for keeping fat off while bulking than it is for helping to remove it while cutting.

use them both they stack very well (if you were to ask use glucorell/sesapure OR yohimburn during the bulk- the glucorell/sesapure would win hands down. Now using all three is great (low dose again on the yohimburn) but in head to head while bulking yohimburn is not comparable.

depends on your goals man... if you wanna bulk up X pounds, how long is it going to take you to get there? :Chef:


For me, I usually bulk around 4 to 6 months, depending upon what im trying to accomplish.

i was thinking about bulking for 4 months, and the cutting down to 10%bf...a and then maybe doing var only cycle for 6-8 weeks. to make some lean muscle gains. what ya guys think?- thanx!

ok guys, here goes. my stats are: im 200 lb 6'0-6'1 dunno. and i dont know what bf i am. im guessing im at 20%. some guy at the gym, which i was asking about bulking, told me i look like 14%, but i really doubt it. im currently bulking, so this is kinda my diet, although im gonna be adding more protein since i was told to do so. maybe get like 40-50g of protein per meal. might add carbs, but ill do it after i get myself some glucorell to keep the fat away. thanx guys.

meal 1. (try to eat most carbs early in the day)
1bagel
1 cup of oatmeal w/ milk + crushed flax seeds.
4oz. turkey
2 full eggs.

meal 2. (if at work, protein bar.)
1-2 cups of wheat pasta or 2 slice of wheat bread
2 cans of tuna
2 tbs of olive oil.

meal 3.
6-8oz chicken
1 cup brown rice
some olive oil

meal 4. (an hour before work out)
CARBS!
wheat pasta or brown rice
maybe slice of bread
2 cans tuna or 1/2lb ground turkey 97% lean or chicken breast

meal 5.
post work out shake. (mixed in a liter of water.)
50g protein
50-70g dextrose.
i drink half immediatly, and then try to sip the rest for as long as i can (30-40min)
20 min after drinking half, i take 10-15g of l-glutamine

meal 6 (45-60 min after finishing shake)
6-8oz chicken breast.
some veggies (aprox 2 cups) or a wheat wrap or a sweet potato.

if i didnt get all 200+g of protein during the day, i take a shake before bed. that consists of 30-50 g of protein, 8oz 2% milk and 1 tbs PB. the diet varies a little, but i try to keep as close to this as possible. thanx again guys!

thats a lot of carbs, addition of Sesapure and Glucorell will make a significant on body comp.

Diet looks pretty good, but you might want to add some omega 3 fats (you are loaded up on omega 6 and 9)

too many carbs? really?! i was told that while bulking it should be 40/40/20 so that be 373g of protein and carbs... i dont think im even close to 373g of carbs... atleast i didnt think so. (pay attention to the "or")
in regards to the omega 3, im already using flax seed, and doesnt tuna, a fish, have omega 3... if not, what other sources can i use?

That many carbs is going to make your gains just not be as lean as they could be is all. You will be more inclined to add a little fat during your bulking especially if you eat a lot of carbs towards the end of your day.

Glucorell-R prior to high-carb meals, will help reduce the amount of fat that you might be inclined to put on during bulking, and increase the ability to put on lean mass instead.

thanx guys, glucorell is on its way. got some sesapure also. didnt know if i should get the y es, but i think i will cause i can see the fat in my chest increasing, or atleast it shows more.... have already gained about 4 pounds in the last 2 weeks... last question, whats better?
bulk 4 months, then cut 4 months... or do 1 month bulk 1month cut, repeat... wouldnt that be better cause we shock the body more? and also we dont gain so much fat? thanx...
 
those questions are really individual. its good to take some time to think back on how you responded to such traininge/eating patterns prior.


though perhaps the best thing is to try instinctive, go with bulking until you feel like your not really making a big change (and have tried switching up routine) then move to cutting.
 
thanx macro, ill see how the glucorell works... if it does work, and i keep increasing muscle with little fat i wont stop bulking. but if the fat increases alot even with the glu, i think ill stop bulking and start to cut till im comfortable with my bf.
i defenetly feel like im growing though, even gaining strenght. i can see a difference in my body. my mom thinks im on steroids cause i eat so much, lol.
