Yes, another gyno question.........help!

Hey guys last shot Memorial day weekend 1sust and 250mg deca gyno lump etc started nolva at 20 mg per day and hard Knot cleared up completely, but I still have what feels like the gland itself is still swollen about 2 inches across and fatty tissue deposit also.
Will letro eat this up ?
Have been using AIFM for about a month and love it, but this tissue swelling issue is still present.
Any help/ suggestions greatly appreciated.

Nolva and deca don't work well together; Nolva while deca is present in the system could increase gyno tissue.

I think Letro would be helpful in combating your current gyno problem
