Are you taking DNP right now or in the last few weeks? If you are, this is very normal. Give us some details of what you are on if anything right now.

Yea, first thing that I thought was DNP. Are you taking dnp? Is it possible your source gave you something that was dnp and led you believe otherwise?

Open up the caps and see if any of them are yellow.

If not, go see a doctor.
