Yellow Rice?

I have access to yellow rice at work every day at this Spanish place. Is yellow rice alot worse than having brown rice?

yellow rice is usually just brown rice seasoned yellow w/ various flavorings... stick with brown if rice at all.

spanish yellow rice = regular (white) rice + cucurma/safran or other yellow spice
