I have some DNP left over from about a year ago. I'm a little concearned about taking it. I'm not sure of the shelf life. What do you think?
The 1st time I took it, I had great results. The next two times I took it I had an alergic reaction. I want to give it another go but first I will go and get a box of benadyrl.
I'm planning on taking benadryl the day before I start and throughout the 7-10 day cycle so do I do not get an alergic reaction I'm planning on starting out with 300 mg a day then increasing to 600 a day.
