year 2001 achievements

I just wanted to read to some of you guys achievements for this gone year. I was 145 pounds about 12%bf. As of now and after two cycles I am 183 pounds and 8%bf.
I wanna get to 215 this year, and the I will stop juicing..if have the will power.:D

yeah I know. most exjuicers at my gym had a hard time stopping the use. But I know thats something thta has to be done...when I am 225 at least ....hmmm or did I say 215???:D
 
Well, this time last year I was over 200lbs and about 30% bf. March 2001 I hit the gym and been going solidly since then. I went down to 170lbs 14% bf in October. Lost lots of fat and gained some muscle thanks to good diet, ECA, and CLEN. Since then, Ive done 8weeks IP anavar and have jumped up to 185lbs (1 week to go) but have gained a little fat on to cus of all the cals I was getting down. I estimate im at about 16-18%bf now.

Overall, its been a brilliant year, my confidence has improved a great deal from when I was a fatty... if I can do it... anyone can. Ive also given up smoking now (since new years eve) and although have a bad cough and cold I feel a lot better from not smoking already!

Things can only get better from now on! Shall be hitting CLEN and ECA after CLOMID to get some of this fat off then ill be ready for holidays in the sun!

Im very thankfull to guys on this board... if it was not for you and the information on this site id still be a fat porka... big thanks to George for making it all possible too!

It's been a good productive year....I want to get up to 240lbs with a maxx of 12% b.f. this year.

How did you grow a quarter inch, then shrink again?:confused:
 
This was an interesting year for me. I suffered a herniated disc..had to go through therapy my weight dropped to 156..keep in mind i am 6' 2. My weight was at 190 before the injury. After i finished up therapy i started back in the gym, i remember i was barely able to do 30's on dumbell presses for chest. As bad as i wanted to cycle as soon as i got back in the gym I waited (due to everyones advice from this board) Eventually I did two cycles that have allowed me to stay at around 212, benching 360, military pressing 250, and so on. Hopefully this year will allow me to get 400 which is my all time goal.
 
GREAT GAINS! NO WAY YOU WILL STOP THEM. IT WILL BE I WANT TO BE 230, THEN 250, FUCK IT LETS TRY FOR 300!!!! BEST OF LUCK BRO.
