just to let you all know im back in action !! after not lifting for just over 4 weeks, and being in bed for like 13 hours a day for all 4 weeks of it, im now back in the gym !!!! due to the mumps, i was told not to lift or go to work for a like a month. so now im back !!! i went last night and i pushed myself way to hard, i was feeling a bit shit cause i couldnt lift what i was before .so i was over-doing it and now feel really sore !!! but it felt so good to walk in there again !!! you have no idea.
