wow dude youre really on top of things with your diet. i could never count everything out like that lol. why are you using diesel if youre trying to cut? why not go with beast or helladrol? and why did you say the strawberries was a bad idea?
 
Sorry guys dont have the internet at my new place yet. But let me answer some questions first. Im using 5 HCgenerate that was a typo on my part. 2 are supposed to be with the evening meal as well. Strawberries just cause of the carbs late at night. Usually a no no for me.

Im using diesel just cause I had an extra bottle lol. But Im gonna up date all my logs now. I swear the fat is melting off my body lol.

Ok so after the first week I decided to go back to a normal routine as far as lifting. Ive been incorporating cardio after my workouts for 30 minutes. I start running my log for this past week now. Im including my strength on my lifts too as I know these are gonna go up and they are easier to monitor due to the switch in my routine. Overall I felt great after the first week. I lost 2 lbs bringing me down to 210.2 lbs got my body fat measured in at 15%. So far so good. This was for week 16-22 of August.
 
Yeah first off Im addicted to gummy bears LOL. But there is a reason as it spikes your insulin levels helping your body absorb the protein postworkout.
