Im sitting my ass here on my computer recovering for gyno surgery (smartlipo) and im jelous. I hear of all the gains and pounds lost on a cutting cycle and all the fun some of you are having. I have my cycle and i cant wait to get started. I will lose some bodyfat a gain a little mucle but i have another 2 weeks. My doctor said 4-6 weeks for a full recovery before you hit the weight hard. Im not hating but i wish i could start lifting right now.

diet and cardio?

thanks for the advice but i just made my two week post surgery recovery today. I can start my cardio training to keep me occupied until i can hit the weights but i still cant start my cycle until another 2-4 weeks.

surgery is always tough on the body so take it easy... what happened to you to decide to have it?

I had gyno surgery april 15 2010 and lipo on the entire chest area. It went well but i need to recovery from the cuts and swelling. The swelling is almost gone i feel just a little pain nothing serious. I guess im just ready to workout because eventhough ive been lifting for a long time. My chest was fat and the nipples would poke out. This discourged me for going to the gym all together because i didnt get the results i wanted. After the surgery im now motivated and i cant wait to start.

I was back in the gym 3 weeks after having 3/4 of my liver cut out lol. Super-light weights, only machines, limited range of motion, but better than sitting on my ass. Then again, I'm not human and I don't recommend ANYONE try what I did. My father is an MD and I have grad degrees in exercise physiology and kinesiology... I knew what I could and couldn't do and was still very likely pushing too hard. Just wait bro, do some diet and cardio, you'll be back and better than ever before you know it, and never have to worry about that damn gyno again! You'll look back on it and it'll be worth it :)

Thanks TUX!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah bro you will be back... i would come back slowly and then not run a cycle for atleast 3-4 months until you get your conditioning down just so you don't waste your gear.

you will be fine.. hopefuly your doc did a good job and isn't one of those docs that dont care about their patients concerns. when i had my surgery to remove cysts my doc could not care less. my followup was less then 3 minutes and he wouldn't listen to me when i tried to tell him i had flu like symptoms and a 103 fever which really put me out for a week after surgery.

thanks for the advice man. Im sorry to hear about that asshole doctor.

Louisiana,

I'd take it easy getting back on the gear. Remember that AAS can allow you to do thing you normally wouldn't be able to do, and doing that right after surgery could cause complications. I would take it easy, get up to full snuff, spend a couple months in the gym natty, and then jump back on. Why risk it?

perfect advice from all the elite members and i will take all the advice. I dont want to waste a primo and winny cycle. I love this combination of gear because it gave me the results i wanted and the look i wanted. I just got greedy and used tren, this shit is too strong for me and it gave me gyno. Also my ignorance with pct gave me gyno to. I will wait it out, do some cardio and dial in my diet. Thanks again.
